Frosch Learning’s Leadership Assessments provide organisations with an objective and rigorous process for identifying and developing management potential.

Our experienced consultants will carry out assessments using psychometrics and sophisticated assessment tools, in order to benchmark the current positions of a leader(s) within your organisation, and the likely levels of competency.

Participants will receive extensive written reports and personal feedback, whilst our experienced Consultants work with you to define and execute plans to help the individuals and overall business achieve its future objectives.

Leadership Assessment processes can vary greatly depending on the need.

The process will always begin with the customization of the model, to match the current and future requirements of the organisation.

However, the process may include:

  1. Diagnosis. 

Identifying the key characteristics required of future leaders in your organisation.

This includes Job Profiles (role & responsibilities) and Ideal Person Profiles (knowledge, skills, mindsets)

  1. Launch.

Organisations will be provided with communications material to ensure all those involved understand their part in the process.

Participant information will be entered on our database, and we will liaise with in house technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.

 

  1. Assessment.

Frosch Learning Tools and Psychometrics used to carry out the “Leadership Assessment” and Interview Process.

Managers will receive their profiles showing their strengths compared to the customised model agreed in Stage 1, with a 1:1 feedback session.

Further structured exercises and assessments designed to assess ability amongst the top 15% of those with management potential.

 

  1. Reporting.

The precise reporting requirements will be agreed to reflect the purpose of the programme.

Options include Consultant feedback to Stakeholders, psychometric, cultural fit and competency reports, recommendations for interview panels or full Consultant Reports.

For new CXO Selection processes, the reports and feedback can provide an informed basis for self-selection (putting your ‘hat in the ring’) and assist candidates with the completion of their manifesto proposal.

 

  1. Follow-Up.

Frosch Learning can provide full development reports and recommended action plans, on-going coaching, and training interventions where common needs are identified.
